The pinafore sewing pattern is a perfect look for special occasions or any day your little one just wants to feel fancy. The large ruffles and gathering skirt make it fun to wear.

Project level:
 - intermediate

Materials needed:
 - 1 to 1 1/2 yards fabric - mid-weight woven fabric such as organic cotton, tencel, linen, quilting cotton or a mid to light weight denim
 - 2 buttons - 1/2 inch size
 - 2 squares of interfacing 1 by 1 inch
 - thread to match your fabric
- 8-11 inches braided elastic 1/2 or 3/4 inch width
