The Penna PDF Pattern - Merchant & Mills

Instructions to make a pencil skirt with a deep elasticated waistband, a front split and inseam pockets.

All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.

Skill level; beginner.

This PDF pattern is made up of 6 A4 pages.

Suitable fabrics - light weight wovens such as linen, cotton poplin, tencel & Indian handlooms & 4-6oz denim.
